Got this a while back in a trade for other stuff. I haven't paid attention to it until now, but I cannot find a picture that shows this grill or mounting brackets.
I know this isn't the best picture, but shows the mounting holes.
On my second M920, I just had to replace the shifter. The one it had was 'rebuilt' when it went through depot, but it never felt right. I started to get hard to shift, and had a few other issues.
So, last weekend I swapped it for a new one from fleebay.
It shifts great, like it is supposed to...
We are still planning on this event!
We have plenty of room for people to spread out and feel comfortable!
The Parade will most likely not be a part of it this year, but that doesn't mean that should stop us!

I have two HMMWVs (M1123 without tops, doors, etc.) at Yermo that I might need hauled up to me.
I can do this myself, I have trucks, trailers, etc. But I might not have the time.
I just got the cleared EUC on the first HMMWV yesterday, Hope to have second EUC cleared here shortly.
Open to fair...
OK, I have two M920 trucks that I cannot find the VIN location on the frame.
I obviously see it on the driver side door's data plates, but no where on the frame.
One was rebuilt in 1997, the other in 2008.

My M920 electrical is in need of repair.
And when I repair, I like to UPGRADE.
My starter relay is a bit funky. My circuit breakers are rusty. And my relays are pretty nasty looking.
I also need to replace the ignition switch.
I saw a picture of someone else's dash that was open, and it looked...

M920 - Passenger tank install, battery and air tank relocation?
Ok, I picked up another fuel tank with brackets to install on the passenger side of my M920.
I obviously need to relocate the batteries, air tank(s) and move the exhaust back some.
I was planning on keeping one air tank about the...

Well, after working over the truck and driving it some, I found a few quirks.
First thing, the dash lights work when I pull the light switch out to the running lights position.
But when I pull it all the way out to turn the headlights on, all the dash lights go off. Even the shifter lights...
Ok, either way I need to at least swap out the top plate to a commercial 2" kingpin.
But, I think that I would like to keep the rest of the stock setup.
Especially since I would eventually get a M870 trailer for it.
Thing is, it really limits the other trailers that I can pull.
So, for those...
2017 Chehalis Valley FE - July 14th, 15th and 16th
Well, Aaron is unable to host for this year, so Danielle and I will be hosting at our new house in Winlock, which is about 6.5 miles south of the Napavine parade.
This will be an open field event.
We will have portable toilets available, and...
Ok, so instead of running the regular nut from the front, or cutting down the thimble from the stock rears. How about using these lugnuts for the double layer super singles.
5995L and 5595R (also listed as 599501 and 599502) ?
Alcoa makes these lug nuts for running rims on our lug centered...
Ok, I have started collecting more gas/diesel mix. And typically, this will also have small to large amount of water/coolant in it.
I figured this would be pretty easy to remove MOST of the water with the Racor filter funnel ( Racor Fuel Filter Funnel ) that also separates the free water as...
Just letting you guys know that BadMastard was a great help to me in picking up my A/C Heater unit from Hill AFB.
Only been registered on the site for a few months, and already becoming one of the family. Another member that makes this group of people a great place to enjoy our MV addiction!
Ok, so I won a nice looking portable AC/Heater unit.
It is listed at 4'x4'x3' and about 700 lbs. So you know this isn't a 'little' unit at all. But something that should fit in most pickup beds.
Hoping that someone could pickup this item, and give me a little more time to get down there. It is...
OK, I have been curious about this one for a while, and didn't find it on my searches so far.
How many amps does the alt put out on the MEP 002 ?
I know it charges the batteries, but I couldn't find the amperage output.
Seems like it could be used to charge a truck via slave cable, or a battery...
