    M939/LMTV/FMTV Air dryer replacements/upgrades

I prefer steel. Brass just snaps too easy especially with any vibrations. air dryers do vibrate. You may need a bushing or two to reduce or increase. But. You may need all new fittings cause the Wabco unit uses Boss type metric threads. The AD9 will use pipe. Unless they used adapters

    M939/LMTV/FMTV Air dryer replacements/upgrades

There won't be any issues. Just drill your correct mounting holes on the bracket and hook it up.

    M939/LMTV/FMTV Air dryer replacements/upgrades

You only need a 3 line dryer. Inlet. Outlet. Purge. It'll work ive ran em for years.

    M939/LMTV/FMTV Air dryer replacements/upgrades

The AD9 with the 24v heater swap would be the easiest thing to do. You can drill the holes for the mounting plate with a hand drill pretty easy.

    M1078A1 Fuel line lengths

We use 836 hose. Doesn't matter the engine. Cat, cummins, JD, Case, big or small it doesn't have any issue with any fuel delivery. We see some failures when using them on coolant systems when In close proximity to exhaust the interior of the hose seems to get eaten up a lot easier at the 280...

    M1078A1 Fuel line lengths

#6 JIC females on both ends. I used 5ft of hose for the return line and 6ft for the suction. I used Parker pushlok line and fittings so it's just cut what you need. No reason to have hydraulic lines made.

Cummins NHC 250 versus Cummins 6CTA8.3

Better off getting an 816 wrecker. The wrecker unit is stronger overall with bypassing hydraulics when you pickup heavy things. Even things too heavy for the wrecker.
