I was wondering if the cargo cover from a M939 will fit the M35, I have an opportunity to purchase one at an auction. I have the standard 12' bed. I have serched and can not find the specs on the M939 cargo bed.
I was wondering if the plain white star on the side of Military vehicles is correct after the invasion of Normandy until present day ?
I see the white star on private owned vehicles mine included after that time period are correct or not:?:
I did a search and found the U joint part # for the front drive line and for the winch, but I do not see the part # for a replacment rear drive line or transmission to transfer U joints. anyone know if it is a 1610 maybe:?:
I took my family on a week vacation in the deuce.
I spent weeks getting her ready, all bearings cleaned and repacked, brakes adjusted, bought full set of chains, just in case.
We went up from Soldotna, Alaska to Mankomen Lake aprox 400 miles.
The trip involves crossing the Slana River, and lots...
I was wondering if I bought a military vehicle in the states, say off of ebay , Is there any problem driving the vehicle through Canada to Alaska where I live. Or would it be better to have it Shipped. For that price I probably could buy a couple rigs. Thanks
