I just happen to check my voltage output the other day and it was 32.4. I did a bunch of reading and ordered a new 60 amp voltage regulator. I installed it today and still getting 32 volts with the voltage screw all the way down. The brushes looked good to me.

Does anyone know if its ok to loop the supply to the return on the power steering pump so I can run the engine without the power steering gear box hooked up?

I've did a lot of searching. When I changed my glow plug I had two injectors leaking a little. I bought some bosch injectors not sure if there right. They say Bosch 902 India 21109 0430 211 097 972 can't seam to find out what the 972 means the injector does have a purple rubber ring on it.

I was crawling around my 85 M931A1 today and in the bottom of the bell housing there is two holes. One hole has a pipe plug in it and the other is open, but threaded, can I put a pipe plug in that hole. I did search the 5 ton forum and I came up empty. Thanks
