Anyone in the Richmond area that can get a 925 off GSA lot (starts with jump), till I can get transportation arranged? OR, anyone heading south that can haul it. Thanx for looking.
Anyone in the vicinity have a good injector pump for a M915. Mine decided to take a dump 3 days before I hit the road to GA. Call 941.650.2525 or email me. Thanx, Pete.
Need help to identify the proper application for this transfer case. A buddy has had it in his barn for awhile. It looks to be from deuce, but not sure about the PTO shaft location.
Under the cover of darkness and fog, I slipped into the bowels of Atlanta this morning. Managed to recover a couple 1101's in a single trip, even though several people said it wasn't possible. With some input from Recovery 4x4, the trip back to Florida went off without a hitch.
Please join the Devil Dog himself (John Lendell) for another fun-filled weekend of Military Vehicle displays, Military collectible/antique sales, and story-swapping.

Left Sunday headed up to GA to pick up some 105's. Using the company truck for the first 250 miles (a/c, radio, cruise) then unloaded the 928 at a truckstop for the remainder of the trip up. Dam, it's hot up here in GA. Thanx to MDMORGAN for pulling one off base for me a couple weeks ago. And...
OK Wreckerman.....Lock up the women and children! I'm heading your way tomorrow. Will call you with an ETA on Saturday morning.
If anyone needs something from his area brought back to my AO, give me a call. I should have plenty of room in the M928.

Took off to Fort Jackson this afternoon in the 1009 loaded with tools/parts, to retrieve a 925. About 100 miles up the road, the tranny took a dump. No warning at all. Only thing I had was 1st gear and reverse. auaaua
Got towed back to the yard (thank goodness for AAA Plus), and loaded...
Well, dropped the pan today, and found out why the 250 sounded like a garbage disposal. Looks like the #5 liner grenaded. Piston is still in the top part of the liner, so no "apparent" damage to the block. Will pull the head tomorrow and see if we can figure out "why" this happened.
Thanx to the JAX gang, "engineersta050" (Steve) and "flyusn99" (James) for getting my deuce out of the GL lot last week, so I could pick it up on the weekend. Having a "real" job now is really putting a crimp in my recovery schedule. Thanx again for the help gents.
