    That sounds like a faulty pressure transducer on the pnuematic control unit. Reading high pressure so it dumps air. My guess.

    Then you probably have a bad solenoid in the pneumatic unit. Fairly easy to replace. You'll have to remove the shield on the floor, disconnect the pneumatic unit from the two airlines and the electrical connection on the pressure switch. Could be the pressure switch too.
