Removed a functioning KDS EESS box and installed the S3 box...just drove the truck for first time since install. It seems to run better. More power and smoother idle. Much quieter at 55MPH. Is this a possible result of a new box or just all in my mind. I wasn’t expecting anything more than...
I used a screw driver handled angled pick...wish I knew what you call it. Had to climb up on the tire and get above the arm to see. It takes prying out on the tab, while prying the arm off the attachment point. Not difficult just awkward.
12339504 is the number for the arms... not sure on blades, nothing special 11 inch blade you can buy at most parts stores.
I got entire set up from the big auction site. Searched HMMWV updated windshield wiper arm
Not sure about that, I wanted a set and had visited the BMI website looking at them, soon after stumbled across these on the eBay. When they were first listed offers were being accepted, now it looks like they are a set price. Guessing they got wise. I got a better deal than what they want...

Replaced the oil in all 4 hubs....well 3 and topped one off. PO destroyed the right rear drain plug. I used Lucas 75W-90 because I had several quarts from an old project sitting around. I did note the LO called for 80-90 but I did see and option to use GO75. I made an assumption that 75W-90...
My first ever and new to me 1989 M998 4 man arrived late last night, after waiting what felt like forever for a transporter to grab it...after all the pre operation checks I went on a short hop. No issues as of now. I am already thinking a 4L80E upgrade....outside of my skill level.
