What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

No, that part you listed is NOT insulated and is only a few dollars. It will connect the 2 ducts, though. I gave you the correct figure number to look at.....Mac Motors appears to be the cheapest price and in stock. HPG is $26 more expensive (about 42%).

I cant tell from your pic, but do you have the bracket on top that holds the fan shroud off of the fan? The shroud also has slotted holes, so it can be moved up and down on the radiator.

I have a regular registration and a license plate. I have no military markings onmy truck. I know many keep it original looking, but I dont want to give the impression i am trying to look like i am in the military. One member here once said that he wears a green shirt when he drives, so he...

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

The thing on top of fuel filter can has nothing to do with fuel movement. With the doghouse off (turbo), I find the driver side rear injection line the easiest to open. You could still have air in the filter can and lines. The water drain is on the bottom.

I seriously doubt they will touch camber or caster fir $125. I had a Bob Someral in KY say they would do it all for the set price. I even told them it has shins. After they started, i was told there would be an additional hourly charge. I said no. They got pissy, took the printout back, and...

Just get a printout at the first visit. The TM has a chart showing how many degrees each shim will change caster and camber. You can do the math yourself, and you should only have to do each corner once. Then take back for a second printout and toe adjustment.
