    Technically, it is an ECV shroud. ALL ECVs are turbo models from the factory.

    the factory turbo hmmwv have a longer cooling stack and an extended nose (headlight section). That fan shroud is fiberglass and longer than the standard shroud. But the H1 turbo did not use the longer stack.
