Installed a " rear view mirror" in the slantback. Actually it's a digital dashcam/backup camera combo. I can see everywhere but the back seats!

Upgraded to different wheels and tires.

Installed a new fuel lift pump. About 2 hours worth of work but she runs great now. Luckily the old one decided to die sitting in my drive. I cut the old one apart expecting to find a busted diaphragm. Problem was the small plastic washer the arm fork rides against busted. Instant death to the pump.

I removed the runflats first which helped but after the centramatics, things got ALOT smoother. I'm running standard 12 bolt wheels and tires. I have a friend that tried the beads first without the runflats but ditched them in favor of the centramatics also.

Installed a set of Centramatics. Amazingly smooth at 70 on the interstate; money well spent.

I modified my regular tailpipe into a fording exhaust stack. Ordered a section of 3" pipe and an elbow. The bracket was already in place. I haven't totally decided on the heat guard; I may change it later.

Mostly 1/2 inch bolts and various other sizes.

Fabricated and installed an intake snorkel. Made from a leftover piece of a Nissan truck driveshaft.

I got to the QD end of mine under the truck. It wasn't fun but doable.

Finished up my hood lift supports, installed grab handles that came out of my LMTV and started installing my headliner.

Added hood lift struts.

Added a seal to help keep water out of the engine valley. Just had my IP overhauled because of collecting water there.

Changed out my glowplugs. It was easier than I expected and took about an hour.

I get about 65 mph at 2400 rpms with my 4 speed in my 1045A2.

Same here. I'm shooting for 2400 rpm's.

Finally found a tach that works and installed it.
