    I found a GM replacement part that was thinner. I put two of them in place of the single seal that was there originally. No leaks!

    I have a transfer case from a 6x6 with split axles in my home-made skidder. The output shaft to the front axle is leaking. I removed the driveshaft and I need to buy a 1-1/2" socket to get the yoke off. Is that all I need to remove to get the seal out? There is a cover surrounding the seal with...
