Took a 300 mile round trip on Friday with the raggedy rig, not a drop of oil leaked and averaged 12mpg!

Tackled changing the Hydraulic Head and fuel shutoff O-Rings. And it was disastrous, I generally consider myself mechanically inclined and tend to research before I jump into something like this. Spread out over 3 days, 12 hours of labor, a pump improperly timed to the engine during its last...

The best thing you can do for those garbage axle vents is throw them in the trash and do not replace with new!
Grab (3) 3/8 push lock fittings with (if I remember correctly) 1/4 npt thread on the other side, and run 3/8 nylon vented up high.

Grab yourself a jug of GL1 from tractor supply, it’s safe, proven, and improved my shifting from ND30 and gear oil.
Cheap too, it’s about 40-45w and satisfies all of what spicer requested in a tranny, whereas gear oil simply does not.

Sold a deuce today (not pictured) and got out with a buddy cruising some dirt roads. Last night I built a spin on primary fuel filter kit, changed both secondary fuel filters, found out in tank pump bottom plate fell off... crap, snatch it out, throw in NOS Parker Red pump, modify harness, drop...
