You guys with the 809 series every 809 I have owned needed the poppet valve bolts tighten up. You can do it by removing the battery cover step and with a very long 1/4 extension a swivel and a 7/16 socket you can reach all the bolts. Two hold each block to the transmission and two hold it...
MTV 1088 stuck my hand to the bottom of the fuel tank. Asphaltenes making about 1/8 inch black taffy in the bottom of the tank. Lovely.
No biodiesel around here so for now wait as she is running ok. Might try a company called Penray as they claim to have a product that will cut it. If that does...
XM820 w/Hyd. tailgate. Got it closed up and ready to ship it out after removing fifteen 1400 and 1600 tires and nine HEMTT NOS Wheels plus two big block Chevy heads. Just glad the wires/rigging was working or I would have gotten it closed up.

The question has been asked before. I don't know but we will find out. I will never repaint my truck so I did it and the trailer. Seems like if you were ever to paint it might cause more prep work. When it sits in the sun for a couple of days the shine goes away and it looks much better.
What did I do to my 10 ton today. One gallon of WD/40 and a cheap spray rig. Still need it to sit over night then light hose down and wash the windows.
