Our VFD used a 2 inch high pressure pump from Northern Tool that does the job for us.
Have one on a tanker for water transfer, another on a brush truck supplying 1 inch hoses.

Maybe a transmission clean out and fresh fluid will get you going. Check the transmission t.m.
Starters aren't too difficult to work on. I struggle with the brushes as I don't have 3 hands. You can use an old Motors manual for general starter procedures and good pictures. I hope yours just needs a cleaning and lubrication.
I wouldn't give up on any of the systems yet. Gently unscrew all drain plugs until water oozes out and you get oil. If you don't get much, you may be OK. Might pull injectors and put light oil in before you roll the engine over. Be gentle and patient grasshopper.
