    Probably of no consequence, but I just titled a '91 BMY Harsco M932A2 in Utah with no problems. I did not register it for plates as it will be dismantled. I just figured that in the end it would be easier to scrap the left overs on a Utah title than on a SF97.

    In 1998 I purchased a '68 Shelby out of Ga. and it came to me on "Bill of Sale" only. That caused me some headaches at my Utah DMV when they required a title. Had to get a copy of the Ga. law to get them to accept the Bill of Sale" to license and title the car. So I feel for you guys, sure a...
