    That's a good looking truck...looks a lot like mine! Here's a pic from when I got it home from the shop after replacing the engine and getting the brakes working and repairing the wiring and replacing the steel fuel tank with a new aluminum one and painting & installing a new fiberglass...

    I know my switch didn't work the first time until I shot a bunch of contact cleaner/oil in and popped it in & out a few times... then it went to high idle and the cooling fans came on since I didn't have a tool hooked up.. oil got hot pretty quick... Dave

    Thanks for the diagram! Now I have to try and figure out which wire is which since yours has colored wires and I have the good ol' mil wiring that is all black with tiny numbers stamped on...:( oh well.. Dave

    Anybody? (hearing crickets..) I think I have figured out most of it but could someone look at the black relay behind the alternator and tell me where its wires go. The plug-in has one loose wire with a terminal and I think it goes to one of the alternator studs but I'm not sure.. thanks, Dave

    You'll need to get the backhoe back down, then the whole thing would clear 8.5 feet high.. take a look at TM5-2420-224-20-2 around page 8 or 9.. that's where they tell how much stuff weighs.. then you might be able to add up for the total weight of the bucket.. surely your 3k trailer could...

    Another few pics of getting the backhoe lifted enough to clear the fops and to tilt the cab.. rigged up an old car lift pump and adapted the hose down to a #4 male flare fitting to hook to the lift cylinder hose.. you have to run the pump and hold the lift lever down at the same time.. a 60" 4x4...

    I guess it was just a matter of good timing... I was cruising thru the site actually looking for cab tilt tools and came across it.. took a day or so before I decided to take it.. didn't know it was the only one.. he might have saved another one for their tool rent-out program.. Dave
