Welcome back! Sorry to hear you had to give up your truck.
My wife has a 2012 JK she bough new. It’s been a half decent vehicle once Chrysler got their cylinder head issues figured out on the 3.6. If you have any clock spring related problems, check with the dealer, it will most likely still...
Looking good David! Your probably going to want to X brace, or triangulate, at least the bottom arms in some way. You’ll be amazed at the pushing power of these trucks.
Not a great location if that tire ever kicks up something big or blows out, also don’t think bolting the air dryer to the frame and the bed is going work out well...
Wow! I’m glad to see you made it home without hurting anyone or yourself! You had way too much slack in your cain! The idea between the chain though the pipe tow bar, is to keep the chain as short/tight as possible to limit the amount of slack and make it as close to a rigid tow bar as possible...
If I’m guessing correctly how your going to use this, unfortunately your bolt is in a bending, not shear scenario. If you could sleeve a snug fitting pipe inside or outside of your tow bar tube then weld a lug or something on that for your chain, then your bolt would be in a double shear. Not...
Not familiar with the deuce canisters, just farm and heavy equipment. Are they caped on the end like some, is it possible to instal them upside down? Just a though, but I dont think you could get the housing back together on the closed end ones I’m thinking of upside down though.

Can you get longer pins? Typical shackles are made from forged, and tempered alloy’s that are meant to resist deforming. Once they are tweaked they are considered junk...
Soooo.... I guess the “pictures or it didn’t happen” comments will meet the same fate as the popcorn emoji??? I’m sure it can be added to the **** list for the auto sensor.
Maybe we need a site glossary/instructions to help keep the callused and sensitive users from inadvertently offending...
