    I does sound like a glow plug issue, the one second flash is a problem if the engine is cold, it should be on for several seconds, 6-8 or so. could be glow plugs, the EESS box and or the glow plug temp sending unit, there is a TM procedure to trouble shoot the issue, hopefully someone will drop...
