I'm doing a oil change soon (fuel in the oil, fixed the leak but now that oil has got to go), and I need a large drip pan due to the 5.5 gal capacity of the oil. I took it a step further and wanted something that can also hold the coolant for when I have to change that down the road.
Well...
Amazon. DasMarine 3 Step Ladder 316 Stainless Steel Telescoping Ladder, 900 Pound Capacity for Marine Yacht/Swimming Pool with Retaining Strap (3 Step Ladder) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q28TQT5/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_VYxWDbMVPE9ND
Note I did NOT use the hardware that came with it, I thought it...
I made my deuce short people accessible, set of hunting around for a ladder I decided to get a boat ladder and bolt it onto the gate.
I need to get some longer bolts for two of the four but it holds me just fine.
I replaced my brake light pressure switch, the old one blew apart when I was loading the deuce-and-a-half for transport.
FYI: removing the tool/ storage box makes this A LOT easier. It's a epic pain to get a wrench in there otherwise.
Well it's time to replace the brake light switch that exploded, I seem to have limited concrete here at the new house. But with a little bit of creativity and of course chalk blocks I have concrete to sit my butt on while I work!
Well I loaded my Deuce onto a trailer for the trip out to AZ, stepped on my brakes so hard the brake light sensor exploded.
I got it plugged and now I have brakes until I can properly replace it in AZ.
All loaded up and ready to go!
Well I'm starting to load up for the move, the jib crane all be it Scarry that it was gonna drop my 800lb safe, worked great. Everything else is cake to load from here.
Ladies and gentlemen I'm a freaking idiot, the transfer case range lever was just ever so slightly out of high range. I must have bumped it when I parked at last. I am incredibly embarrassed, call the good friend of mine Jason and he set me straight.
The engine revs just fine, I can shift it into 1st and 2nd and reverse but nothing happens. She just won't move engine increases in RPM she just doesn't move.
