    10W oil substitute for PS fluid?

    10w oil is the same weight as hydraulic oil. I use Shell Tellus (32 I think) in my hydraulic tanks. It is definitely 10w oil. I can't speak to how happy it will or MAY NOT make your Allison Automatic transmission though...
