The 4 battery bank is split into 2+2 separated by a Smart Isolator Disconnect, which is wired for the starter on 2...
I'm using a full power window, not the crank style, from Summit Racing https://www.summitracing.com/parts/aul-9848/ so that will be a different challenge...
Did you eliminate the keyed locking?
How did you get your wiring over to the passenger side??
