I doubt you will ever need the flame heater while in Florida. It's primary use was to heat up the incoming air enough to get the LD series engines to start when the temp was at 0 degrees F or lower. All new lines will help, but it remains a point of failure that most of us in the south can avoid.
MY spin on oil filters don't leak (maybe a little bit) when I change them. And I have always been able to mop up any spills without getting any on the rest of the engine. What has been your problem?
There is actually a 'turbo kit' which has all the parts except the actual turbo and the four inch diameter "J" pipe which has all the gaskets and other parts you will need. They used to be common.

They did not want to mess with international shipments because there can be serious problems for businesses if they violate the ITAR regulations. The deuces went out on EUC's (End Use Certificates) and some dealers are not sure exactly what part might be considered 'arms dealing'. Then there...
Are there any trade schools near to you? If so, and they teach some machinist courses you might be able to talk to a teacher about fabricating a set of the wrenches using the drawings I posted. You have all the dimensions necessary for fabrication, you just need someone local to make them!
