Built upper jambs and b pillar covers from steel

a friend gave them to me, cast metal maybe aluminum they are from an armored car like a bank truck

i built the c pillar center tube, you need to remove the rear hatch and a sponson to change it on a slantback

There was more measurements and re measure and planning and second guesses than work lol

So all done jambs are made b pillar covers made,all removable all 1/8" steel,so that's how u put the m1114 roof on a 998 lol

Supports on roofs on new bearing seal

Supports finished lock ring and bearing with lock all prefit, hopefully paints dry tommorow and we get it reinstall on the truck last time

Fab is finished, need to make sure the bearings centered and drill holes for it then clean prime paint and mount the last time

Rear legs gabbed for turret support

Front legs are made and welded in

Work started on turret support, new m1114 b pillar tubes and blocks, using 1/4" aluminum to fab a support for 10xx series style turret and 1114 style vehicle support

M1114 center c pillar tube is finished, on the the turret support

To cut down and reweld the roof and fabricate the extra 3 mounts I'm confident that a motivated experienced person can get to the point I am in 2 days 3 tops if your moving slow, I recently had hand surgery so I'm dragging my feet and working on it here and there, second side obviously way...

Fully bolted down and welded,next is making the upper jamb Yes the snorkel intake bracket still fits, it touches a tad so I may mark it and touch with a grinder when I take the roof

Measured 32" from seam and cut front to back ,removed the roof mounts and set back on got where I wanted it and drew a line at the overlap, ended up 3 3/4" at front and 3.5 at rear ,removed that strip from section I cut off and welded back on Still need to cut down the roof mounts and weld back...
