sounds like if one was to get this one....... the new owner would be better off getting the dash plate and matching paperwork from another truck being scrapped..... IMHO it will be a nightmare to title it with no manufacture date.

make sure whoever's flat plate heat exchanger you use is rated for human drinking water.
