    RustOleum Rusty Metal Primer (the red version)

    I used the same stuff on my elmo truck. Shot primer on a cool windy saturday evening, was actually painting until i couldnt see any more. The I shot rapco 383 carc sub over that the next day in about 80 degree weather, slight breeze at about 5 pm. it turned out fine, no bubbling,wrinkling, etc...
