Ok guys.. a LONG weekend of working but I've got plates (top and rear) done... Please note the tops don't have the holes for data plates, the hole size was simply to small for any of the punches which were available... Also as I said before the rear piece does not have the lock but they are...

I can do the back plate also but can not replicate the shifter lock out with out investing a lot in tooling... I've considered making them with out but I don't know if anyone would be interested in such... I will be making the top plates this weekend so I should have them ready to ship next...

Kenny brought the idea of manufacturing replacement winch plates to my attention, my first thought was to make them thicker but he suggested I try a poll and see what you guys would want... (he likes givin me stuff to build cause ya know me... im always at a shortage of projects to work on) :D
