My truck is not off road use only. I bought a M1097 that had a clean SF97, but am still having trouble registering it because it is not certified by the manufacturer as meeting FMVSS. Nor will it ever be certified, as vehicles manufactured for and sold to the US Military are exempt from FMVSS...
