I think it is far from the best solution. The jeep would probably fit OK, but these trailers are meant to be pulled with a larger truck. A Deuce or 5 ton. The Bolster trailer has air/hyd brakes and has a pintle height of about 35in.

Yes, they slide in the back of the trailer, next to the spare tire. They are pretty long 7 to 8 ft., and darn heavy. The TM refers to them as ramps, but does not specify their use.
They may be used to load a second trailer piggy back, or something???????
