    Thanks, I think I was confusing the slave port with the diagnostics port. My diag port is relabeled with a "Remote Monitor" sign.

    I have a MEP-803A that was wired as a Tobyhanna tower unit. Will that slave port still give me a direct connection to the batteries? Honestly, I don't fully understand the Tobyhanna modification in the first place and it was undone by someone else. thanks
