interesting to see the wrecked ones has supplemental red lights on the front corners and one of the "new" ones has a clear light. Are these mp units ? and those are flashers? Also what is the wording on the license plates? Never seen tactical vehicles with road plates.

I hope you used some contact washers or coating on those fasteners to stop galvanic corrosion... Stainless and aluminum do not play well

there is another style of antenna tie down that the antenna clips into not hooks over the antenna. That way if you get hung up. It will spring up. With this style, it will snag until something breaks.... I have broken 2 masts this way and do not use that style anymore. YMMV

My retirement plan is partly funded by the lead on my hmmwv rims... :) But on the other hand I have zero balance or vibration issues. Done by an old school tire guy on a Coates balancer

The pins with built in keeper can also be the half moon or square variety. They can be found at tractor Supply, NAPA, farm implement dealers etc. I seem to recall their 1/4 diameter by 3 inch long. OE usually has them tied with piano wire also to keep them from getting lost & easy to make with...

Only the top 2nd on left looks new. Definitely would return and/or dispute credit card charge. Shame a dealer would try to pass this on to a customer

OE kits only use one center bar and the bows are only taped/rivet nuts for one brace. I saw this pic and said duh, why I had not thought or done this before as I can't tell ya how many times I had water slosh forward and shower me till drained off.... search 12342314 2540-01-337-0242 on Ebay...

Great idea to add the additional 2 center braces. Down here in the sub tropics it constantly makes a great puddle and depending on the angle, I have gotten drenched with the driver window open taking off..... Did you also tap the bows and used screws? Where did you find the braces?
