Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, there's no "filtering" of what emails to send, it's all or none from the server. What a ISP or email host does with those emails, I have no control over.

My point was the fact that several people, albeit incorrectly, have had their vehicles titled. The fallout from this might be detrimental if this hadn't been brought to higher ups attention. I have called my senator today though. I hope this gets passed.

I'm assuming you bought it private party? (Bought buy haven't paid) Do they have the title? If not, they (if they're the original buyer from GL) need to get the SF97 and apply for a title, then you'll need the title signed over to you. GA requires titles for 1986 and higher.
