hey guys. Pulled a big hose off CDR valve today and tons of oil came out. not very familiar with that whole system. I know that my cummins has catch can that catches residue. But on HMMWV with fording kit installed (was already there when i got it)
What are my options? should i get a new valve...
Although i changed my plugs less than a month ago and only maybe started my humvee hand full of times on them. You think it would have damaged them? my old box was starting it normally, when it was starting.....

drained all the coolant today, replaced thermostat. Removed and cleaned out overflow reservoir. Replaced all coolant with distilled water to run it a bit and realized that that i completely drained my batteries by forgetting to turn my BO light. Charging batteries today/tonight, will run it...
i'm slowly researching in to doing what you did with lizard skin. And i'm wondering why you choose that product over other stuff that is out there? (cheaper stuff on Amazon or spray on truck bed liners)
do you also prime it before doing lizard skin?
Drained tranny today and was surprised. Decided to pull the pan and was shocked!!!
Fluid came out clear without any dirt or shavings. looked like it was changed last week. Once pulled the pan, no shavings, sludge or dirt found. Gasket looks new, magnets almost clean. I really hope i lucked out...
Started it on its own for the first time. Finished grounding harness and put new glow plugs. Started no problem and WAIT light worked as it should. So far no problem with glow plug controller.
Drove around the block and it ran strong. Then changed oil and filter.... got pretty bad wheel hop in...
finishing ground harness installation today. I had some 10g wire so i decided to make my own, just had to buy attachments/ends. Ran it all nicely with other wires, i just have to crimp all 4 together and attach last bolt to the head.

i tried to be very careful and removed batteries before i did that. I'm going to let it "rest" under cover for this weekend before i start doing anything else. Making sure it'll dry everywhere.
Yes, it looks like a little cove and it was coated with 1/4 inch mix of sand dust and oil/break...
