    You can reuse the nhc250 bellhousing you have to drill one of the bolts in the rear.. Front mount is not the same at all. It's easier to cut the front mount where the nhc250 mounts and weld in some steel plate for the front mount to rest on and bolt it down.

    You are going to want the remote oil filter setup for a marine 8.3L 6cta otherwise your oil filter will be in the frame. The 6cta uses the same thread for filter.

    The big cam injectors will have the Temps too high and you won't have enough air regardless of lift/duration. Big cam 1,2,3 and small cam heads are the same. Big cam IV heads are different on the exhaust port size. Call Warren at premco diesel in Texas he can make your some mild over 250...

    The transmission won't handle it so you will have to swap that. You have to drill the small cam block for oil squirters.

    You can put big cam iii parts in a small cam. Its actually called a Magnum 400. Cpl 695. It would be much wiser to put the big cam in it. I would swap the pistons in it though to some 14.0s rather than the 15.5s the 330 probably has in it.
