In searching the TMs, try "governor adjustment" instead of throttle. The TM takes you through the entire process. You should get your injectors Sat/Mon. Give us an update once installed.

I use a 12" adjustable wrench or something comparable to distribute the pressure on the fins. Back and forth as stated. If you break them, I have plenty of them.

There shouldn't be any oil coming from the dip stick check tube. You are getting back pressure from somewhere. A smarter person should chime in soon.

The fuel cutoff solenoid only retracts when you try to start, not when priming. I'd start with valve adjustments then governor adjustments. You are obviously getting fuel past the IP. Crack fittings at each injector while cranking to see that each cylinder is getting fuel and all air is...
