    I think you will find that you have to pay for quality, be it on the auction or with a private individual. Patience pays off. Having cash at an opportune time is important. If you are a gambler, go for the auction. I think the same addiction exists with the auction as does a gambling...

    If you don't use it for a commercial purpose (for payment) you do not need a CDL. I suggest you buy one already titled in another state. There may be lots of hidden problems when buying from a few small photo's on GP that seeing it first hand can avoid.
