What did you do to your deuce this week?

That's what I ended up doing. Well that and a home made rig of rubber washers and fender washers since all of the hardware for the cable end was missing on my truck.

Ouch. I know that one hurt.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Right. I used inserts from the hardware store. Worked fine for me. Doesn't seem to work every time though. I don't really have an answer as to why.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

They had been on the truck for 40 years. Mine isn't the only one I have seen that didn't have them either. I did add the inserts when I redid the lines.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

My lines didn't even have inserts in them.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

How your current cable is set up is about as strong as it gets. All of my cable ends on my drilling rig are crimped that way. So far I have yet to have a cable fail because of an end crimp.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Unless you have a cable shop that can re-crimp the cable end I wouldn't bother with it. The little cable clamps you can buy are terrible and probably won't hold up.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Yall do know that running modern detergent oils and changing your oil regularly prevents sludge build up. Basically eliminating the need to flush an engine.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Never mind how porous bondo is. I can only speak for myself but no ridicule was intended. Just honestly hoping he isn't patching rust with bondo. It will only make it worse. Much worse.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Please tell me you aren't stuffing bondo into those rust holes.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Trust me. I tried it. Maybe the heat and sun are a bit more intense here in the south. I dunno. But I can't get herculiner to stick worth a crap. And that's roughing up the surface with 80 grit and using xylene to prep as per instructions. Also when using it in an undercoating gun the...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

They do. Maybe not herculiner but other similar spray on bed liners come in a spray can. I will say this now. Don't waste your money on any of them. Especially herculiner. Absolutely garbage. These liners don't bond worth a darn and they aren't u.v. stable. The sun will literally make...
