24 VDC, 150 Amp Gen Set

Picked up 2 DC 4.2 - ORD/28 gas 4 cylinder gen sets 2 weeks ago. I bought them to provide 24v power for charging batteries in the field and operating pumps etc.The crew that drained the oil and gas disposed of the glass water separator bowl and the oil filters. I found that 1 of the 2 sets had a spin on retro fit oil filter filter housing and the other had the original cartridge type (missing the steel housing and bolt). Anyone have the steel housing that they want to sell or know where parts might be available?

You could convert the one with missing parts over to spin-on. I dont know your gen at all but the ones we use for the fuel on the 002-003 are wix number 4770 i believe. Pick it up right from napa.

Might try Saturn Surplus. Those are powered by the 4A032 mil standard engines and saturn used to have boatloads of parts. NOS 4A032 enignes are still out there!
