Deuce Cold Weather Upgrades

My latest solution to cold weather gear for the deuce: a radiator cover. Required materials- one piece of scrap cardboard out of the neighbors trash and a couple zip ties. A few minutes on the calculator and I came up with the correct free flow area to leave open in the center.

I can report that it is still there and working after a few weeks of driving in both rain and snow. The increase in temp is about 20 degrees in 25 degree weather. That's a big difference and worth all the expense of this upgrade (about 6 cents so far).

Stay tuned for upgrade #2...

If you slide that cardboard behind the grille from the bottom, you can "hook" it in there and it'll stay just fine... Couldda saved saved those zip ties... :p
