I am trying to get some replacements for the original small bolts used to fasten for example the door lock and window mechanism to the door panel. Off course they are non-metric and I cannot find replacement in our "home depot"

Can somebody tell me which tread and which speed they have, or how they are called in the USA when you go into a tool shop?

I had taken one bolt as example with me to the Czech Republic, but lost it

In the non-metric world said screws would be described as: cross (PH3) round head, 7/32"-24, full thread, L = 11/16", W/ lockwasher, internally toothed.

More than often I have replaced those with M6x1.0 (metric) screws, 15mm long, with almost identical head shape and diameter (10.5mm)
They should be easy to find in your area; also the corresponding lockwashers. Re-tapping the holes is not a problem since threads per inch (TPI) are very close: 24 vs 25.
