Help with tail gate / fender markings for HMMWV

I'm using an old photo from my housemate as an example to put identifiers on my HMMWV.



She said the tailgate says:

88 C-R	HQ
114 CSH	11

So 88th Army Reserve, 114th Combat Support Hospital, HQ, 11th vehicle.

What would the front fender numbers be for this? And how would they have been painted on the front left and right fenders?

I THINK this is right, but we're trying to get ahold of someone from her old unit to verify we've got it right. (the above is just paper taped there as a mock-up).
