Update on full side panel progress. We're making (4) sets of A1's and (6) sets of A2's. Price not determined yet as it's based on time and material and this is the first run of parts through the shop.

First order of full side panels. These are shipping to our overseas distributor. We'll have more ready next week. We'll have A1 and A2 available.

After running the numbers the price on the full side panel is $495 each. Keep in mind that these are as close to original as possible and very time consuming to make.

Some 151 updates for everyone. We're working on the underbody parts at this time. We also made a stamp die for the full side panel front and rear snouts (area of side panel that goes over the front and rear fenders). We now have the dimmer switch buckets in stock.

Here are the floor supports. I'm drawing the tooling for forming the large radius. The light gray part is the NOS part. Took picture after close today and didn't feel like turning on the lights.

Here's the first official set of floor supports. Again, these are the underbody repair parts. These are $65 each. The tooling required to form the radius wasn't cheap.

Another update for those who have interest. Before I left today I turned in orders for (4) sets of A1 full side panels and (6) sets of A2 full side panels. Also ordered DS and PS side cowl panels. We've made and sold a handful of these and now we're running a production run. Picture shows ours on the left and NOS on right. Yes Buddy, that's yours!

The A2 rear cross member is proved out and we are working on the tail light backing plate for the cross member. We should be able to run some test pieces next week and then we'll have the A2 rear cross member, complete. I'm pushing to get new parts available and have them ready for the convention in Findlay this year.

Next round of full side panels are going through the shop. We've developed better fixtures and tweaked part fit up. If you need some let me know as they're going fast. For those that have already contacted me, your name is on the "waiting parts" list.

Weld fixture for ensuring accuracy on the cowl side panels. The location points for the side panel, top of cowl and front fender top all need to be held. This is a way to make that happen. The slits in the fixture are for welding while clamped down. We also have some aluminum heat sinks coming out of the machine shop for these parts. Finished part will also have the door rod bracket and offsets to match the original design.

The aluminum heat sink is now out of our Machine shop. Not only is this for controlling warpage, it's also a "Go, No-Go" gauge for the forming process and ensures the quality of the part. Part was cut on our water jet, then machined to width and the radii of the bends were duplicated for 100% surface contact.

As most people are aware, NY has all non-essential manufacturing shut down. As of this past Friday, CMD is under this order by the Governor. We've filed for a variance but are not sure of the outcome yet. For those of you that need parts, hang in there. Full side panels are in our weld shop and we'll start shipping as soon as we can. Stay safe!

Good morning guys. Just wanted to give everyone an update on M151 body panel shipments. We opened back up with a small crew last Thursday. As most of you are aware, manufacturing in NYS (and many others) is only able to work on "essential" manufacturing. Our understanding of this is that we are not even able to ship a "non-essential" part off of the shelf without being in violation. There are fines associated with this and the government is encouraging whistle-blowers. We've been in contact with our attorneys for clarification on these matters. I've had a lot of people wanting parts but at this time, we can not ship. I have a list and will start processing these orders as soon as we are able. With everything going on, I realize that not being able to ship parts is pretty minor but I wanted to keep everyone informed. Stay safe...
