M353 Parking Brake - easy way to release?

Hi Everyone:
I have to pick up a M353 on Friday. Based on my experience today with another M353 what's the easiest way to release the parking brake if the cable is frozen and the handle won't move? Is there a release somewhere in the hub that's easily accessible?

Would really appreciate some help on this. Don't know why I decided to bid on 2 trailers... Guess I got the bit by the bug

On a related note: I have an M353 trailer in Barstow that could be yours if you're close by and interested. Wouldn't cost a whole lot....

Release the handle, then grab the middle of the housed section of the cable and wiggle/flex it vigorously if the brake does not release.

YOu could always pull the hub too.
