MEP-804b 15kw Generator - Won't Produce any Voltage

Hi all and i need some help i just bought a MEP-804b 15kw Generator and all in all its in excellent condition, but when i started it it wont produce a single watt of voltage from the main terminals, the courtesy plugs work and i have an under voltage light on the display panel, I replaced the voltage regulator and still nothing, i even tried to reset the GFI plug but i think its Non-functional, Does anyone know where i can buy a replacement GFI plug, board or ? - I ve even grounded the trailer that the generator is sitting on and still nothing

Did you reset the Fault Indicator?) and i have an under voltage light on the display panel, I replaced the voltage regulator and still nothing, i even tried to reset the GFI plug (The GFI has nothing to do with your problem. Its only to protect the 120 volt outlets.) but i think its Non-functional, Does anyone know where i can buy a replacement GFI plug, board or ? - I ve even grounded the trailer that the generator is sitting on and still nothing

where is the fault indicator reset switch located

Vaultexile, Have you down loaded the TM's and maybe read a little in in the Operators TM? Below are the links to the MEP-904A and 804B gen sets. You need them both to work/use/operate the gen set.

This should be all the TM's you need to work on the MEP-804B gen set. Basically, its the same books as the MEP-804A, with the addition of TM 9-2815-538-24&P, the new engine book.
