New from Oklahoma w/ m35a3

I recently got my first military vehicle a 1998 M35a3. The truck is awesome and everything work except the CTIS which I will take apart and clean soon. Had some of the same issues as others on here with the fuel check valve clogged, I also changed the trans fluid with dex3 several times. The trans shifts much smoother and locks and unlocks the torque converter much smoother.

Welcome and good luck on your truck. A3s are really cool looking but . not going to get one because of all the problems that come with them. I barely have time to work on getting the little things done to my 923A1. From what I have read on here the A3s are a handful just to keep on the road, Yours I hope will be the exception . Greetings from Oolagah oklahoma. I just drove my m35a2 with a military trailer (trying to figure out what the number for the trailer is) home yesterday. Need to get the brakes working, ( scary drive only being able to downshift) and have an oil leak to track down.. Looking to meet other members.
