Parking Brakes Not Releasing

I tried the search button, but it seems less than helpful lately.

I disconnected my M322 trailer when I had a massive bulge in my tire to have the spare put on. When I went to go put the trailer back on and prior to hooking to the trailer my parking brakes will not release at all. I have to use the spring brake can override to move the truck. Where do I start? I have had parking brake issues the entire time of having the truck and what ever it is finally gave up the ghost.

If the dash override works then it is a bad linear valve. The parking brake valve on the handle that has the 3 air lines.

Just delete it and go with a standard parking valve.
