Recent GL Auctions - no SF97 or Title offered?

Has anyone else seen the recent auctions across the country that are very clear in stating that they will not provide SF97's or Titles?

What are people doing with these trucks, then? Sounds like a phenomenal pain in the kiester to title from *scratch*.

Condition = HX?? In the opinion of DOD rater scrap. IE- Don't belong on the road. Part them out/melt the rest.
