Stopping my Engine with Powers of the Mind

My M923A2 had sat awhile and wouldn't start so (after reading advice on here) I pressurized the fuel tank and she started right up.

But now I can't get her to stop when I flip the usual engine lever off. I have to pull out the emergency fuel stop thing. Not that big of a deal I suppose but I wonder if I should look at restoring whatever I broke?

Also, does anyone know of a readily available replacement the 10mm bolt/plug you use to bleed off air from the inboard side of the injectors? It was stripped when I got it and now it's extremely butchered.

Thanks!
