Did you check with https://shop.midwestmilitary.com/product-category/dodge-wc-series/wheels-dodge-wc-series/page/2/ I have purchased plenty of parts for my M37 from John Bizal. He is a great source of info.

MWM is a great source. I contacted him and he thinks he might have the canvas I need. He will let me know this week.
