USMC Numbers on M149A2

I have a USMC M149A2 water buffalo and am trying to interpret the vehicle numbers.

The tank is stenciled with the following on all four sides.

1. First Line: USMC 392549

2. Second Line: M21810

The trailer came from Camp LeJeune
