They demill by cutting the radio power cable, first pic... Then remove all fording plumbing... 2nd pic is where your Froding CDR was cut out. 3rd looks like the connector for fuel pressure sensor on fuel filter. They take the bolts out and drop the fuel filter. They do this to get to the fording...
Getting there... Nothing is square on the box but the sheet aluminum is... Have the gaps within around 1/16" (aboot 1 and a half M&Ms for non inch people)

Found hinges... WOW open wallet and pour out money... So the steps, hard doors from West Kentucky Surplus the hinges and the antenna mount cost about the same price as the winning bid...
Need to do some work on the steps, then on to making the rear doors. After that paint...
I haven't been able to locate a good fording valve system schematic/diagram. I want to put the system back together. I have all of the parts just need to know how the vent lines go. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
The rings will not let coolant in the oil in anyway if the head gasket is good. There could be a chance there's a crack in the cylinder and will need to check the cylinder wall very closely. Run the piston down and use your finger and fingernail to "feel" . A crack would let coolant into the...
